REGISTRATION

Participants must study the terms and conditions listed below carefully.
Upon submitting payment of the fee, the participant declares that he/she agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No make up sessions or refund will be arranged or given for any absence.
Reduction in the number of participants will not be refundable once the payment was settled.
Cancellation or rescheduling of a private lesson requires 24 hours prior notice, otherwise you will be charged a 50% fee of the service amount.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an event or party requires 72 hours prior notice, otherwise you will be charged a 50% fee of the service amount.

Under rainstorm warnings signals or tropical cyclone warning signals all lessons will be rescheduled.
If the event is interrupted by adverse weather conditions and forced to cancel after the start time, there will be no make up session or refund.
If the group/private lesson is interrupted by adverse weather conditions and forced to cancel, based on the lesson progress, a semi make up session (part of the lesson/ practice session) may be arranged with further notice.
Longboard Island has the right to rearrange the service at all times based on the weather conditions.

Participants should understand the participation of the lesson requires physical exertion. Participants have the responsibility to make sure their medical condition is capable of participating in the lesson.
Every outdoor activity involves risk. Participants must assess, understand and be willing to bear the risks and consequences of any accidents during the lesson.

Participants have the responsibility to take care of their personal belongings at all times. Longboard Island is not responsible for any loss and damage.
